Various Confirmations and Testimonies

Traditionalists are going the way of ruin by putting themselves in
GOD’s place and by condemning out of hand in their own unen-
lightened competence what GOD calls individually. Now is not the time
to judge, but to observe and pray, because GOD will make His choice
here sovereignly as He does in all things. He will never be guided by
the thoughts of men as is shown throughout Holy Scripture and in the
Holy Sacrifice of the Mass ...!»

Prelate Prof. Dr Harambillet stated before several witnesses:
«According to Canon Law, you have been validly consecrated, though
unallowed. However, since Pope Paul VI has exclaimed: „The smoke of
Satan has penetrated the Church into its highest levels!“ these laws
should no longer be valid, an emergency law ought to be enacted. But
because the Church does not respond, GOD as Sovereign intervenes.»
After Prelate Prof. Dr Harambillet had examined the Sword-Bishop for
two hours, he knelt down and asked: «Your Excellency, please give me
          your blessing.»

          Testimony of a Bishop

The consecrator of the Sword-Bishop, Bishop Gerard Franck, was given
permission by the Roman Catholic Bishop of Aix-la-Chapelle to cele-
brate the Holy Eucharist in the latter’s diocese. This is evident from a
letter dated 9 June 1976 to Msgr Franck from the Vicar General Msgr
Wäckers of Aix-la-Chapelle. Because Bishop Franck was recognised
as valid by the Roman Catholic Church, those consecrated by him will
also be valid from the Church’s point of view.

Testimony of the Theologian Dr Dr Thomas Leroy

In the face of all the attacks of those people who have raised them-
selves above the Sword-Bishop to be his judge and still do, the judge-
ment of Thomas Leroy is added here, who as a Doctor of Divinity and a
deeply pious priest examined the Sword-Bishop for three days. Im-
          portant statements from his testimony:
