Roman Catholic Line
Donkin-succession: C. W. Montague Villiers called himself Count
Eduard Rufane Donkin. Consecrated 1880 (without apostolic order) in
the royal chapel in Naples/Italy by the Catholic bishop of Tamaulipas,
Mexico: José Ignatio Eduardo Sanchez y Gamacho.

Antiochian, Syrian-Gallican Line

Vilatte-succession: Joseph René Vilatte. Consecrated 1892 by Mgr
Julius Alvarez. To this line belong numerous Churches, e.g. High
Church in Austria.

Old Catholic and Apostolic Line
Matthew-succession: Arnold Harris Matthew. The former Catholic
priest had himself consecrated bishop by the Old Catholic Bishop
Gerardus Gul in 1908. Many Churches calling themselves Old
Catholic or Liberal Catholic belong to the Matthew-succession.
