According to a report in the Spanish magazine “Mosquito” of May
1985, five yellow snakes, each half a metre long, were found in the
Vatican, to be precise, in the tomb of St Peter, on 16 February 1985.
The discovery of the snakes’ nest had aroused dismay. In a prophecy
by the hermit St Nilus, it is said that five reptiles would appear under the
throne of the Western Patriarch before the beginning of the end times.
